But i must say, I HAVE had a good overall experience with it. I got EVERY ticket I wanted bar man utd

I only managed to get tickets with it once, and that was before it was "upgraded"... needs a fair bit of tweaking this summer, although hopefully I'll be promoted to silver membership and won't need to use it

i thought it was better before the upgrade, rewarded perseverance however annoying it was - now you can do it a t touch of a button, too easy

Much preferred it after the upgrade, not sure if I'll have to use it much next season though... found out the other day that a fella at work, who works opposite shifts to me, has a season ticket. I'm hoping he'll be my own personal ticket exchange system next season.
