Am I just imagining it or are home games much slower to sell out recently? The cat A will always sell out in a nanosecond but there doesnt seem to be the rush to buy other games. Kiev, Wigan both still selling. Kiev i think is a massive game for us and its on general sale! Bizarre!
Thats what it is I reckon, and the lack of form probably isn't helping either. There are lots of home games together, often on TV and rearranged to inconvenient times. So CL games, which are often mediocre at the group stage suffer.
due to short staff-ness () and other things I haven't been to that many games yet but i shall be now I have a pay rise and all my weekends off, bar one...yay
Shame really. Honestly think that Kiev next week is huge for us.
I agree... but, is it really that unusual for the qualifying rounds to sell slowly since they are mid-week? Can't be bothered to go back and look in the archives, but I seem to remember that it's been discussed before.

Yes perhaps. What I was trying to say was that a slow sell out means we'll end up with day trippers and tourists. Therefore even less atmosphere than usual which is probably the worst thing that can happen next Tuesday. Empty seats after half time as the punters munch away on their hot dogs in the bowels of the stadium.
last years group games were slow but not this slow and def didnt go to gen sale. but hardly surprising the upper tier doesnt sell out. 47 quid plus booking fee for zero atmosphere and a shoddy performance
