I could hear it on AFCTV about 20 mins in, I think its uncalled for really. Theres been a load of stuff in the paper but the only words Adey has actually said is when he talked to that sky sports news reporter an hour after his press conference and said 'a lot of clubs want me, Adebayor. We will sitdown and talk next week'. That nothing to get worked up about.

I think we should respect a player right to negotiate a contract and hold the fort with all judgements untill its done and dusted.

Will Rob Green get the same stick at WestHam after his comments about wanting more money?

From what i've read in the paper the fans think he's every right to expect more money as he's an important memeber of the team - same situation as Adebayor

I dont think anyone would begrudge him a raise after the season he has had (especially if still on 'fringe' player wage) but I think its the reports that he wants to be on par with what TH14 was on that sticks in the throat.

To be fair the people singing it reminded me of 'the football factory' and were obviosly drunk!!

To be fair they sang some other good songs. The Ramsey one I liked [though won't be allowed to sing at Grove] and the Eduardo one was really good. Vela's got sung too, hopefully they will catch on when season starts proper.

On Ade... don't agree with it but meh players need to know their place, and that we are on the clubs side. I like Ade still though.

Yeh a few new songs were good, hearing the Eduardo one over and over got rather boring after a while. Liked the Vela one and Paul Rodgers one

What were the words to the eduardo one? I heard people singing it outside the pub near the ground.
