With how much you go on about our keepers now you would probably think he could still do a job.

We had Lehmann after Seaman who did a good job for us most of the time!

Decent performance overall. Only disappointments were Song who was below par with quite a few misplaced & over hit passes, Eboue who did not play as well as he has recently and Diaby was again mediocre - he's a real enigma to me because I am sure he could be such a good player.

Three good assists from Arshavin - the weight of his ball for Nasri was superb, as was Nasri's fooling the player before he even moved the ball.

AZ deserved a goal - although mooney & Gibbs were poor for it. I'll let Mooney off for the earlier save & Gibbs because other than that he was good.

How can you be so negative! Roll Eyes

I thought it was a very good performance and song was good, eboue decent and diaby was excellent, I didnt see him misplace a pass and he was always using the ball productively.

Song made some poor passes in first half but was comfortable in 2nd, rest were good even Diaby!

Clearly we watched different games. Eboue was no better than average - every match I have seen him in this season he has been better than tonight. Ditto Song who overhit three passes in the first 20 minutes and misplaced a couple of others. Dont get me wrong I like Alex but tonight he looked a bit like he was taking the opposition lightly. Again Diaby was caught in posession far too often and that frustrates me because I have seen him have brilliant games in the past.

Personally I dont believe I was being negative - i think it was a decent performance against below average opposition. Cesc & Arshavin were excellent, Nasri looked good as did RVP, Gibbs, Gallas & Vermealen.
