Just wanted to share an experience i had with ticket exchange.
I bought a ticket for the Fulham game few weeks ago and when i went to the seat, it appears that the season ticket holder still gave his ticket to someone else, we were 2 for one seat.

Did this happened to anyone else?
Surely his season ticket card should have been desactivated when i bought on the exchange.

Yes. The seat should have been yours.

What probably happened is that someone had another ticket and decided to stand there with his mate.

A steward should have been able to confirm this with you by using the scanner they have.

So what was the outcome James, did you get the seat, get chucked out? Don't leave us hanging mate

So what happened, a stewart came to help me and checked both of our tickets, the other person had the same seat.
We went to check with the scanner and indeed and they verified that I purchased the ticket the other guy had (the person wasn't actually the owner of the ticket, it was a friend or something).
So the stewart ask the person to leave and I got my seat.
Fortunatly for him, there were empty seats nearby.

It was the first time I bought on the ticket exchange and was wondering if it's an frequent issue or not.
