Almunia 6 - Nothing he could do about the goals.
Clichy - 7 Did good as usual
Sagna - 7 Same.
Toure - 6. Rusty, but his first game back to be expected. Glad he got 90 minutes under his belt.
Gallas - 6. Did well but I think he needs to communicate better with Toure.
Eboue - 7. Great cross... played a lot better today. His talent is not in doubt, if he can build on today we might have a decent player on our hands finally.
Cesc - 7. Rusty but still class.
Denilson - 7.5 - I thought he did well. Stayed back deep and allowed Cesc to do his thing, created a lot too. Tackled well too.
Theo - 4.5 Poor. Lost ball to much and made wrong decisions. Ran with the ball too much, a pass is easier sometimes.
Adebayor - 8. Two goals and an assist, missed a few easy chances in the first half but made up for it. Linked up well with Robin.
van Persie - 7. Created well, linked up well and movement was good. Want him to score a goal soon though.

Fabianski - 8.5 Brilliant on crosses looked really commanding. Some good saves and deserved a clean sheet. MOTM.

Thomas - 5. Not a left back. Good experience for him though.

Djourou - 7. Played well with Phil, made a few silly mistakes but also made some top class interceptions.

Senderos - 7. Great in the air, him and Djourou are a good partnership.

Hoyte - 6. Positioning not too great but wasn't poor.

Wilshere - 6. Did some good things that just didn't come off.

Gibbs - 6. Likewise. Not a game for the wingers. A new experience for both of them too, a very different game to what they are used to.

Randall - 4. I think he might need to go on loan because just didn't work well with Ramsey. Think he has talent, but not good enough yet tbh.

Ramsey - 5. Probably his worst pre-season game, but showed a lot of talent so far.

Vela - 6.5 Took his goal well and also had a great run.

Bendtner - 6. Tried hard, look lively and did well in the air but not a strikers game either.

I just wonder with Gallas going walkabout and losing players and Toure looking lost whether this might be our best pairing.

i would stick djourou in as defencive midfielder(where HE prefers to play) and leave the center halves as they are...for now anyway.

Almunia 7 - Didn't have too much to do.
Clichy 7 - Thought he drove the team on the left and provided some much needed movement.
Gallas 6 - Made a couple of lapses which we got away with.
Djourou 6 - Looked pretty solid. Came out into midfield well.
Sagna 6 - Looks slightly out of sorts still.
Eboue 5 - Didn't seem to know what to do. Although put in a lot of work.
Ramsey 5 - Clearly will make it at this level but not now.
Denilson 6 - Tough and resilient. Good game but the power of the Dutch ran over him at times.
Theo 6 - Looked hopeless and out muscled when on the left. Looked more dangerous on the right.
van Persie 7 - Our only real creative threat but was always looking to react to the physical challenge rather than concentrate on playing.
Adebayor 6 - Scored a goal. Cannot ask much more, however he didn't do much more either.

Randall 6 - made some nice passes and actually put in a hard tackle.
Bendtner 7 - only had a few minutes but looked mobile and dangerous.

Overall we played badly but got the result. Two errors in defending coupled with a mis kick by Gallas and a good piece of work from Theo.

Almunia - 7.5 Made some top saves, good on crosses but one bad clearance.

Clichy - 8 Everywhere

Sagna - 7 Same

Djourou - 8 Top interception, played really well.

Gallas - 7 Cracking shot stood out, played well with Djourou

Theo - 6 Flashes, not bad but should offer more

Eboue - 7. Best game in ages, weird position but did well. Only a one-off, so not brilliant, but he applied himself.

Denilson - 8. Very good. Playing to prove a point, broke up attacks well and passed it smoothly too. Lasted the 90 well too.

Nasri - 8.5 MOTM Totally deserved his goal... looked very good very impressive running with the ball, intelligent, passed well and looks like a top player.

Adebayor - 5.5 Erratic. Some great things, some not so great things that just didn't come off and looked tired later on.

Bendtner - 6. Played well but didn't have enough efforts on goal, which is where he is best. Did well though.
