I got put into VIP as part of the segregation which was good because I got a few insults and people looking for an unfriendly chat in dark alleys after the game. I just ran back to my hotel...

I didn't think such things happened in the ladies game Eeker

PAOK supporters are overly passionate.
You don't get that in English Ladies game.
A few idiots insulting the opposition players, but because there is no segregation, not too many bad ones. Especially as friends and families are there and take exception of the insults thrown at their loved ones.
I have seen a few heated "discussions" intiated by the old resident at Borehamwood named Ken. Big Grin

Sadly the club has no choice on that matter. This is due to floodlight not being good enough for UEFA standard at Borehamwood. Easiest way would be to play at the Emirates stadium for an evening kick-off

I went to the Umea game last year. The light looked ok at that time. Is the floodlight getting worse or it's a new standard value from UEFA Confused.

From what I understand UEFA has aligned the value with the one needed for the men's champions league and Borehamwood is obviously miles away from the Emirates Stadium in terms of floodlights...

On the pitch the girls are doing the job well. 8-1 v Doncaster Belles , 8-0 vs Forrest all good and a visit to Bristol Academy on Sunday who are sitting currently bottom of the table so a 5-0 minimum win on the way.

I cannot understand why the club does not let the ladies play at the Emirates when it is not being used. Especially for important matches.

They've let a squirrel and the kids on there, so women must be next!

A 4-1 win yesterday, a poor performance in the first half and a better one in the second one after a half time substitution.

My woman at the club ® has told me a player has now left the club and I am not happy with it as she was one of my favorite. Waiting for the arsenal.com official announcement.

I've always thought the same, I'd love to take my daughter to the stadium to watch the ladies play in a final.
