Right guys, the game is coming in just under 2 weeks which means not much time to plan the journey. I've been trying to search the cheapest way to get up there with the least hassle. I know the dates haven't been confirmed yet, but has anyone worked out what will be the cheapest way to get up there?

I couldn't get a reservation on the 23:40 from Glasgow to London. So I'm taing the longest route EVER to get back from the game.

Here goes:
1) Leave the ground and catch the 22:03 from Bellgrove to Glasgow Queen Street (arriving at 22:07)

2) The catch the 22:30 from Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh which arrives at 23:20

3) Catch the 22:40 from Edinburgh to London!

Then I've still got to make the journey back to South London

What do you think is the likely hood of me failing and having to sleep the night on the station concourse?

Oh at total cost was £80!!!
