How come I haven't had no money taken out of my account or a notification on my booking history, I am getting very concerned

Nothing seems to appear in the booking history when it is renewed (although did last year and my away scheme has appeared as an entry which is new). Give the BO a call tomorrow for an update.

Promised myself I'd never come on here again but I guess I can make an exception Wink..

Yes the TC has been so lax lately it's unbelivable! My cheque for £15 was debited last week and I just called now and the guy said it's renewed though nothing appears on the booking history. Lets hope this all doesnt lead to a massive balls up ehn!

Mine only went through today!
What a relief, i was panicking because this is my first year when i've had a decent large number of credits and i sent my form back late so if i'd lost my membership i'd have been gutted!
Think i'll get drunk tonight to celebrate Big Grin (sad)

Just phoned the box office, there is something wrong with my card thats why i couldnt renew ... i have sorted it now. The nice man also said that the renewal date on the TC renewal forms was totally wrong and there is still time to renew! Smiler

Was discussing this with my mates last night, Imagine my dismay when a letter comes through the door saying that my renewal hadn't been processed because my debut card had expired.

I found this strange because I sent the form off on the 15th of June and the card was valid up to and including the 30th. The form also stated that the deadline for renewals was the 22nd of June. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect them to process the renewal within 15 days of me sending it.

I experienced additional frustration when I rang the number on the letter to try and resolve the issue. After listening to 5 minutes of recorded information and being told to hold if I had a membership query, a voice suddenly announcved that the line wasn't manned and opening hours were Monday to Friday!

I hate the Travel Club!!!!

haha in my experience they're usually pretty helpful to be honest. They do have alot of forms to get through remember. And it won't help if you ring up when they're shut Wink

The recorded message should say that they're shut BEFORE it offers you the option to hold to speak to someone.

It's done now anyway, only 5 minutes of holding, no TWOY and the woman I spoke to was helpful and competent.

Carlsberg don't do calls to the Travel Club...
