good call. i assume that was put on pre-grill so it melts into the cheese and then after, apply some salad cream and hey presto - perfect snack

funny you should ask radders my good man, ive just made and eaten a toasted sandwich. ham, chicken breast, cheese and red onion and whacked in the george foreman for 3 mins.

the trick is to butter the outside of the bread for a moist snack sensation
