What was wrong with that? Try this then. There is a very nice Italian restaurant in the high street opposite a big, popular supermarket that has blue and white bags. The Italian restaurant is next to a very large purveyor of American fast food which may suit you better.

Did you get tesco and mcdonalds moderated? they are facing eahc other near the roundabout. Also KFC recently opened in the high street and you have a wendy's as well.

Can you believe it? I mentioned the name of an Italian restaurant too. I think they thought I was trying to arrange a meeting with Dundee (as if!).

There are NO decent pubs in Borehamwood. The best one nearby is the Cat & Fiddle in Elstree. It's run by the Downes family and is a boxing fan's paradise.

Depending on how far you want to travel, Watford has many lively bars, clubs and restaurants. If you're looking for some good live music you could try The Horns or The Wellington Arms. This saturday night The Flag (next door to the station) has a Heavy Metal Hallowe'en Party.

If you fancy cider then the Land of Liberty Peace and Plenty in Heronsgate, Chorleywood has a Cider & Perry festival this weekend.

Once the shopping centre closes it`s like those films where people stand around fires in barrels or slump against walls with a bottle of meths in a brown paper bag, picking fights with random strangers.
