i just went through this and this worked:

Ensure that your File Explorer settings allow viewing hidden files and folders:

• Open Explorer.

• • Select Tools > Folder Options menu.

• • Select View Tab.

• • Check Show hidden files and folders.

• • Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

• • Save these settings.

• Step 2: Open the Windows Media DRM folder. This folder is usually at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM.

• Step 3: In the Windows Media DRM folder, select and delete all of the files, and then restart the computer.

• Step 4: To download new media usage rights for a file, log in and start the Player and play the file. It should reset your DRM and play the file.

If this doesn't work, reply here and let me know and i'll try to help further
